Cancellation Policy

Appointments are subject to cancellation/ rescheduled if client is 15 minutes or more late. There is a $25 fee for all appointments that are missed with No Call/No Show with less than 24 hour notice. *ATTENTION* For all clients that have purchased packaged deals, if 2 or more consecutive appointments are missed with no communication provided from client Yes Body Contour & Spa, LLC will terminate any further treatments due to client.
